The property is on the A689 where you can travel to all major towns and cities including Hexham, Carlisle, Newcastle, Durham and Darlington, all in around an hour. Continue along the A689 for approx 12 miles and as you enter the village of Cowshill turn right opposite the pub and drive past the church and village hall. Take the next left drive down the steep bank over the bridge and as you drive up the hill you will see a track on your right, Drive along the track which leads you through a farm and continue up the hill where you will find the property in the terrace at the top.

From the A1 proceed along the A68 towards the North Pennines until you reach the A689 signposted “Weardale North Pennines” join this road and travel west through various villages for aprox 21 miles until you enter the village of Cowshill turn left opposite the pub and drive past the church and village hall. Take the next left drive down the steep bank over the bridge and as you drive up the hill you will see a track on your right, Drive along the track which leads you through a farm and continue up the hill where you will find the property in the terrace at the top.
