Welcome to Pennine Ways, we are based in the North Pennines which is a beautiful and undiscovered area of England, part of the AONB and described as England’s Last Wilderness.

We are a Local Estate Agents Established in 1991 specialising in Sales, Lettings, Auctions, Holiday Cottages, Property Management & Renovations.

Pennine Ways Ltd has two offices based in Alston & Haltwhistle.

We border three counties, Northumberland, Cumbria and the Durham Dales all of which have many things to explore from walking the Pennine Way to Lead Mining Museums and Roman Forts. Not forgetting shopping in our quaint market towns , Cycling and Horse Riding. Wherever you go in the North Pennines you will see the red and yellow Pennine Ways flag, and last year we sold over 50% of all property sold locally (data provided by Zoopla).

Opening Hours:

Pennine Ways – Haltwhistle and Alston offices are open six days a week – when one is closed the other will be open and ready to help you. We are proud to say we close on Sundays, as we believe everyone deserves a day off.

People tell us they use Pennine Ways because we are open and honest – we never charge up-front fees, you receive a bill once we have completed our work.

That’s it – there are no hidden costs.
